Our Paris studio was pretty active for a week! We had friends visiting from Catalonia and they were staying with us. Each time we have an opportunity to spend time together we take advantage of it, no matter if we are in Canada, Spain or France. These are the same friends who welcomed us in Tossa de Mar back in March and travelled with us to Andalucia. Since they have a baby now it was easier for us to hang out around Montmartre and I actually got to see a little bit more of this amazing neighbourhood.

Paris is so incredible that if you choose to explore only one hood you can surely visit a museum, a church, a park and lots of bakeries, restaurants and shops. There is nothing missing and there is always history surrounding each street that you walk.

Now that they have departed this afternoon, the house, I mean… the studio feels empty and quiet. We will have to wait for our next adventure, perhaps in Canada. I am more convinced every day that good friends will chase you around the world and will always be ready to open their doors for you.

Only the Spanish goodies that they brought will cheer me up tonight. ;) They knew exactly what to bring from the madre patria. Here is a shot of what is left.
